TERMS OF SERVICE
By ordering a commission you agree to these Terms of Service.
General
♡ You are only buying the digital version, not the printed version.
♡ Be specific! I will not hold, details and explanations not given.
♡ I No show WIP´S, Only if I feel it's necessary, because it takes my time, both your order like other people.
♡ Private commissions have a extra charge of the 30%
♡ Depending on the difficulty of the committee, I reserve the right to increase prices.
♡ I can refuse to accept any commission. It that it does not comply with my rules or any other reason♡ Nothing made by "Lapinrose" may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to inclde NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
Commercial Use
♡ WHAT COUNTS AS COMMERCIAL USE?Level 1 - When the artwork is NOT the bulk of the product.
Examples; promotional material, CD cover, game assets, business cards, etc; including Patreon, Youtube, store assets...
In this case, the above prices are multiplied x2Level 2 - When the artwork IS the bulk of the product and you're reproducing or selling it.
Examples; body pillow, postcard, prints, merchandise, etc.

Payment Process
♡I will only accept Paypal and Cash App
♡I require full payment before I start the artwork.
♡ Payment plans are available for commissions above 900 usd and must be discussed in advance.
♡Payments will only be accepted in USD dollar, unless I give you other instructions.
♡If payment is not received in 48 hours after I've placed the invoice, you will loose your slot (unless stated otherwise previously).
♡ I will add you to my to-do list once payment is cleared and details are given.
♡ Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission.
Working speed
♡ The estimated wait time is 3 weeks, 1 to 3 months. But I always try to give everything as fast as I can!
♡ Feel free to check out my to do list to view the status of your order.
♡ You may ask how your commission is going whenever you'd like, but as I stated before I will not show you WIPs unless I feel like it.
♡ I will always inform you if something comes up and there is a delay with the art.
Refunds
♡ I don't make refunds.
♡ You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received unless there's a good reason for it (such as serious financial problems).
♡If you file a chargeback against me on Paypal, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. Also note that you will
be blocked and you won't be able to purchase anything from me anymore (commissions, adopts...).
Backgrounds
♡ Simple background is included in the price of every picture. But it's totally up to you if you want it or not.
♡ Simple backgrounds means they are plain color, gradient backgrounds with some textures and/or tiny ornamentations.
♡ Complex backgrounds, such as detailed cities, forest, landscapes, etc... are not included in the price.
Copyright
As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it, in example;
♡ Use the picture anywhere in order to promote myself (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters or project), unless stated otherwise prior to the commission.
♡ In the case of commissions for personal use; I may offer the digital files on Patreon, Gumroad, and similar sites for learning purposes.
♡ In the case of commercial projects; I may share WIPs on Patreon unless stated otherwise.You are NOT ALLOWED to:
♡ Change, modify or use my works for purposes that weren't discussed in the initial project.
♡ Take credit for the art or remove my watermarks/signatures.In case of commissions for personal use; If you wish for the artwork to not be uploaded anywhere on the internet I'll charge you an extra 30% fee of the total price.
If by any chance you wish to "un-private" that commission in the future (so you can upload it somewhere), you just have to send me a note or message, however, there will be no refunds for the extra private fee.
Re-post Rules
♡ Only the owner of the illustration (the commissioner) has permission to re-post the image anywhere, without having to ask me.
♡ You have the right to raise the drawing to your gallery or page, always giving me the credits. Clarifying that I did the illustration and leaving a link to my page.
♡ You only can update in your gallery and social media, the small version of the illustration.
♡ If you want to upload the illustration to your gallery, you must wait 1 week since I deliver it.
